Jan's passion — built on more than 25 years in the training industry — is to enable greatness at an organizational as well as a personal level.

Jan  began his career in the education and training field with his first job as a math and chemistry teacher. This experience led him to adult education and 15 years in sales and management training, including 7 years experience on the Board of Directors for DOOR Training, the second largest training firm in the Netherlands.

In 2002 he led the introduction of FranklinCovey into the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) and in 2003 became the managing director.

Jan consults with national and multinational management teams in their development and the development of their organizations. His passion is to enable greatness at a personal as well as an organizational level.
